Yes it was mentioned in that you could add your own agencies with your own specific responding vehicles or add on ones not more vehicles though

Sounds interesting, hopefully the ability to add on a vehicle or vehicle packs is much easier then using OPENIV

Believe it still said using openiv but check yourself but 99% it said using openiv as still via rpf archives

For me, it was mostly BayareaBuggs on YouTube with his series LCPDFR. I Could never get the mod to work on pc because my computers couldn’t even handle gta 4 so I just watched YouTube on it. Then when I got my gaming desktop first thing I wanted to do was buy gta and download LSPDFR.

I was just searching for a police/first-responder game of any sort to play (I've played and enjoyed the Emergency series enough in my lifetime). I stumbled  across some YT videos about this mod, I think Jeff Favignano was the first one I saw, and I  went out and bought GTA V to start playing LSPDFR.

I'll have to read though it all again I can't remember most of it, me and OPENIV don't get on as it never seems to do what I want it to when installing new vehicles.

I personally believe what is going on with that is not so much apartments but Like they said about the custom agencies and police stations being able to walk up to any building and make it a police station. I think it's going to be similar with apartments you can walk up to a house and say " Hey I like that one it has a HUGE garage" And whamo there ya go. Walk up to a house/apartment and make it yours right there.

My hype is so big for this update, im thinking about installing gta iv with lcpdfr for now, what version is the best for it now? And do i need anything special like some scripthook for it? 😄

It only works with the old patch, you have to downgrade GTA 4 and then download LCPDFR.

I like how every time I come back and check on this thread (usually after 36 hours or so) there are 2,400 new posts. Good lord!
