I don't think it works when LCPDFR is running. So you should get in whatever cop car you want first then turn on the spotlight then start up lcpdfr and the spotlight will now be working. If it's like a hard cop car to get like a noose one, start up lcpdfr get your officer and get your car then reloadscripts, then start up the spotlight before you start lcpdfr, THEN start up lcpdfr and do whatever you want.

That's how I do it at least.

A little something I found out after so long trying to figure out how to get the spotlight to work in my game. The spotlight DOES NOT have any conflict with LCPDFR it should run smoothly even if LCPDFR is running.

So to fix it i reloadscripts and it stops lcpdfr and all the scripts, try pressing "insert" again and it works. But then I have to start lcpdfr all over again and then it will work while playing lcpdfr.

This will prevent the problem of it causing an error at the beginning. once you edit this the spotlight should run smoothly.

I got a script error when I press the button to turn on the light. 

Strange, it does work without the strobes mod which I also downloaded on this site. Is there a way to make them compatible with eachother? I now use the strobe mod but would like to have the spotlight as well if possible.

This mods messed up my game im afraid. As soon as i installed it and i did follow the read me by the letter, my game auto closes on its own when i load the game. Im going to have to uninstall and reinstall unless anyone has any ideas.

I HAVE A PROBLEM BUT IM NOT SURE ANYONE CAN HELP. OK SO THE SPOTLIGHT MOD WORKS GREAT, THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT THE LIGHT ITSELF ON THE CAR IS VARY DULL BUT THE BEAM THAT YOU MOVE IS NICE AT ILLUMINATING. SO WHAT IM ASKING IS HOW CAN I MAKE THE BLIP ON THE CAR BRIGHTER I KNOW EVERYONE ELSE HAS A VARY BRIGHT BLIP. I HAVE ADJUSTED BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST AND SATURATION, I HAVE ALSO ADJUSTED DETAIL DISTANCE AND VIEW DISTANCE AND NOTHING HELPS. SO CAN ANYONE ONE PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT. AND AGAIN ITS NOT THE BEAM THATS THE PROBLEM ITS THE SPOTLIGHT ON THE CAR THAT IS DULL. THANKS TO ANYONE THAT HELPS!

Did you look around? It only shows up on the environment in front of the way it's facing. It is facing, by default when you first turn it on in cars, to the right and up.

Yea I look around but it doesn't light up the street. And when I move it i'm not sure if it's moving or not.

Okay, so i remapped the on off to "/" and the first time I pressed it it says "error in script law enforcement spotlight" so I reload scripts, and try again and I immediately crash every time. In that exact order. I have traffic flow less overtake, pss, alpr, towservice, policing, lcpdfr, police helper, and the indicator script in. Do you know of any conflicts? and if not, do you know of a way i can fix it? the take down lights just aren't good enough on stops. I need a spotlight. 

i have the mod it turns on and all that but how do i get it to move around? its not letting me for some reason!

Question, the spotlight works fabulous, but is there also a thermal / infra red vision for the heli? I believe i saw something in a video ( I believe from the 10-23 series ), I would like to see that addition to.

Hi guys i've just installed the spotlight and it looks fantastic

 

the only problem I'm having is that the light it hovering above the roof when i switch it on instead of being in its right spot. Any help to correct this would be great 

I installed the spotlight according to how the readme said but whenever I turn it on I get the "error in law enforcement spotlight. I reload scripts and it keeps doing it. Haven't got the mod to work once. Everything is in the appropriate spots, but whenever I hit "insert" to turn it on I get that error message. My images.txt does have the space after the platform line you have to add. Help? :(

So I've changed my keys but now when my loading screen ends and Niko spawns. The script gets a error and my game crashes. I've seen that people have had this problem. I've checked everything. I checked the images file and everything checks out. The ini file does not have any extra numbers or letters in it and the cdimages file is in the correct folder. Please help.
