did you see my edit at the end? change your game config file if you havent. for myself ive also increased the <ArchiveCount> to 10000 and mine has remained stable as i run a lot of mods and addons but i have an over the top pc to run it all

for anyone who wants to use this on addon vehicles you need to add them in the same format to the offsets ini and it works

I have added all the names into openiv's hash generator and i am unable to find which vehicle it is as none end up with that hash(i have tired all 3 hash algorithims) any ideas on how to solve?
