Very neat! Nice and different 

All vehicles introduced into the SAHP Fleet after 2014 wear this livery. It was designed to make the fleet look much more modern and a force to be reckoned with. The old livery can still be seen on older Crown Victorias and on the 2013 Chevrolet Tahoes. 
 

 

Hi Guys, and welcome to my thread for my upcoming MEGAPACK of textures for a multitude of departments within the state of San Andreas. Ive been away from the community for a fair few years after creating many files for LCPDFR when we were all on GTAIV. Now after taking a break from modding and texturing im back with an upcoming megapack which hopefully you are all going to enjoy. The pack will include textures in both 2K and 4K format for vehicles ranging from HDgamerzPC's FHP Harley through to chargers, cvpi's and the more recent FPI utilities and interceptors. So without further ado lets get to it. The first department I will be completing is the San Andreas Highway Patrol. 
 
Here is a collection of images of the first texture for HDgamerzPC's Harley Davidson Model, its quite simple texture but whilst conducting research I found that most state police agencies have adopted what are quite simplistic and professional looking schemes and decals for their vehicles. Whenever I go on patrol im only getting notifications LSPDFR is loading and if I force callouts all I get are the stock callouts but I have all the ones I want installed.

CURRENT ISSUE WITH LSPDFR 0.3 
SOLUTION: 
Download the 6.0b Hotfix. The hotfix replaces the insidious grey body armor, by an invisible model. Until the MP_freemode_male/female issue is resolved with LSPDFR. Thanks for your patience.

This seems to have started with LSPDFR 3.0 or copholster mod, we will investigate the issue and try to find a fix and do some tests, sorry was in OPenIV adding new stuff all day and at work. So I haven't played much the game.

Make sure you've replaced the correct model. If you have no mod "DLC" added, you need to replace the police files located in (\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\). If you have extra files for the "police" you can add them in there too. 
There are 2 groups of files, totaling 4. If I remember correctly, 1 group is for the "LOD" (distance) and the other group is for close-ups. Originally only police.yft and police.ytd reside in the vehicles.rpf, but most mods come with 2 extra files, named +hi and _hi at the end. I haven't experienced any issues adding them to the RPF. 
Further, if you've already done all this, I can only recommend to rebuild the archive as that has helped for me when I installed a car modification.

No offence, Your abit weird, i mean there are what i consider professionals here who are trying to help you and all youre doing is blowing them off as if the have no clue what they are on about, you say make better and tbh they probably could, at least EVI and others put their lights on the vehicle they are modding that actually work properly and make videos that are worth watching... thats just my opinion but you probably wont listen to it anyway, Best of Luck with your modding career! :)
