W.i.P Altis Life Server.

On topic : There are a few ARMA OA Life mission forums, that provide enough tutorials. Would search those things on google / youtube first, believe me there are a lot of tutorials out there because I searched them too, but for arma 3 altis life. Off topic : Really? Arma OA? It's getting outdated and more are going towards Altis / Stratis life since the CVPI's and more realistic vehicles are optional there, would make up a good mind before you rent a server :)

Because most of the 13th year old kids don't take it that serious that they go deep in roleplaying, but rather sit and whine about things that you do as an officer. Of course you have those kind of people in every age group, but most of the time we experienced it in that age area,plus the fact that we don't say we don't allow them in the server, but they aren't going in cop or rebel positions. Because neither of the chiefs of those divisions are accepting them. That means, that they have to stick civilian, which they probably won't like. @ last part, thnx for the headsup.

Update : Found a couple that are willing to help out. Though I feel that certain people here have interest in the game. So far I set up the community website, a tiny bit though I need to do some more work. I`ll link it to you if you help me out he-he :P No joke, I`m just in need of how to get the server to distrubute thats all. All of the higher ranking officers are already set, so we got a decent community ( it is already a community of 30+ people so thats good ) The law book and stuff, are being worked on and are almost finished. Jobs are finished. Website layout is almost done. Those things are the ones that I always do first before starting up an community. So besides the server, most of the things are already done :)

First off all I appreciate your reply though. I've been running several game servers ( admin etc ) regarding DayZ Standalone, COD servers back in the days. Ran a few communities for Emergency 4. Not real big things, I`m also not doing this alone. Only the surface of putting the scripts in is the question. Well not really putting them in, I know how to put them in on my side, but the fact of putting it in the server and the server distrubute it to the player is an issue. I can get an 50 slot server, for $20. Which is worth it to see how it runs. Cops need to apply, like every other community. Okay you have people that lie all that stuff. The servers out there, not my taste :/ As for you again ; appreciate your reply, the tips and ticks are always helpful and appreciated. I've tried posting it on a arma III forum, but without reason the topic would get removed, not even admin msg or what so ever, so kinda clueless. I know some people here are busy on that surface, and I was wondering if they could help out.

Hey all, I've been looking in to a Altis Life Server ( To buy etc ) but my experience with installing the mods in it is total zero. I know that there are basic Life mods out there like the one from Tonic etc. Question is, how do I install it, how does the mySQL work? I`m not expecting anybody to have knowledge of it, just wondering if there are people that have experience in that section, Also i`m not looking for putting in Tahoe's and CVPI's etc, well not yet lets get the basic stuff running. If people are interested in teaching me something, I would take that with both hands. Also for those that don't know it, reply if you enjoy arma III altis life, and i`ll see if we can improve the server regarding your wishes. So far we'r aiming for a server with mature roleplay ( Hard to find in arma III ) and some decent game action. No more ( No offence ) 13 year old cops that are yelling and ignoring the law.
