I doubt it will. If I told you my current PC can run GTAIV maxed out with an ENB with 100 FPS, would you believe me? I have a Radeon HD 4350, an AMD Phenom II 910 and 8gb of memory. Do you even know w

  • Is that even a PC? Regardless, can you post your specs please?

Aw hell naw. That thing will either blow up or implode when you play GTA.

CAN YOU RECOMMEND ONE FOR ME PLEASE?

Recommend one what? Processor, video card, processor with integrated graphics?

I don't know any good CPU's with integrated graphics. When I'm looking for CPU's I don't look for integrated graphics because I use a video card. If you plan on gaming, then you should feel the same way as integrated graphics can not handle any video game made later than 1995. If you want a good AMD CPU, get the FX-8350. It's really good for its price. There are better CPU's, though, but I'm not the person to ask about what is best.

Sorry, I can't. I don't have a working mic right now and I'm about to leave anyway. Besides, I gave you my suggestions and I'm sure you could find some more information by reading through this topic and using Google.

So were you lying to me or just terribly mistaken? Because that doesn't have a 4.0ghz CPU or a dedicated graphics card of any kind, never mind a good one. My graphics card alone cost me $350 and it wasn't the best I could get at the time, only 3rd best. Both computers you posted are refurbished business computers. They don't support a lot of RAM, they don't have modern PCI Express slots, they don't come with graphics cards, the CPU's are 7 years old, they're a waste of money. Save up.

first off i take this comment as being a bit rude... and second yes i was mistaken i didn't see for one it was DDR2 and 3 i'm not looking for graphics cards as i can get one off a friend easy

My apologies if that offended you, but you seemed rather sure of yourself and I found those two pages to be way off the mark. Most guys who post in this thread have a heap of experience with PC building and modding, and you can take our word for it that gaming PC's don't cost $250 otherwise none of us would be spending $1000+. If you have a friend who can give you stuff for free though, that's another case. I hope it works out in your favor, anyway.

Suggestion: Edit the original post to show AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz as the best AMD processor for people who came to this topic for that stuff. (I'd also note that it is only $200 compared to over $1000 for the Intel, but that's up to you)

Changed it, thanks. I won't note cost, because then to be fair I'd have to note that the 8 core claim is misleading to the unaware consumer as each of the 8 cores is smaller and has less processing power than Intel cores and even stock Intel Quad Core i7's can meet or beat it in benchmark tests. This could then in turn start a flame war between those who use Intel vs. AMD and how much money people need to spend and all of that crap.

Whoops.

Definitely agree there. You get your money's worth with Intel. I'll never say AMD is better than Intel, but nobody can argue that AMD isn't cheaper.

I am working on my very first build as well , and looking at some of your specs , your wasting your money , you only really need one optical drive unless you intend on burning movies or data on blu-ray burner , and the 250 GB ssd , if you are going for a 1TB hdd and want a SSD , go for less than 120GB , and a titan , you can get really good graphics out of less on a graphics card , like a 670 or even a 660TI , you would save several hundred dollars simply dropping a few items , my build was originally going to cost $1600 after taxes , now it is only $1350
