I doubt it will. If I told you my current PC can run GTAIV maxed out with an ENB with 100 FPS, would you believe me? I have a Radeon HD 4350, an AMD Phenom II 910 and 8gb of memory. Do you even know w

  • Is that even a PC? Regardless, can you post your specs please?

Thanks for the input. I am going to go ahead and buy this setup with my income taxes, and then once I find a job I will upgrade the psu and cpu. Thanks Again!

I hope you didn't spend the money yet. CPU is awful and will bottleneck the graphics card. The Pentium is an i3 that didn't meet spec at the factory, and has hyper-threading disabled because it didn't test stable. It's simply a cost saving CPU and nothing more. The name 'Pentium' doesn't belong anywhere near the word 'gaming' anymore.

Current Build:

3.4 ghz Phenom II 965 (Just popped it in on Friday, it's awesome; upgraded from a Phenom II 910 2.6ghz)

8GB DDR3, 666mhz RAM

300W PSU

Radeon HD 4350

With my current $185 budget, I was looking into the Radeon HD 7770 and a 600W PSU. Anyone have a 7770 now? How does it perform with GTAIV? Will a 500W PSU be good enough to handle it along with my PC, which also has 2 monitors, 2 HDDs? I saw someone maxed out BF3 and GTA IV with like 40 FPS with the 7770, but how will it do with an ENB or ICEnhancer? I'm probably gonna buy GTA V as well, do you think it might be handle to handle that?

Ill go with a 600W one, only $10 more. The 4350 I have now is a >250W card, with a 125W CPU and those HDDs all on a 300W, but meh

What would you guys suggest for a price point of about $600-$800?  I'm seeing a lot of the CyberPowerPC, which seems like alot of PC for the money.  Any other suggestion in that price point?

I'm thinking of the following listed on Amazon:

CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra GUA250 AMD FX-4100 Gaming Desktop PCCyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra GUA250 AMD FX-4100 Gaming Desktop PC

Any suggestions on a good place to look for competitive prices?  I'm checking out Amazon, MicroCenter, Newegg.  Not sure where the best bargains can be found.  Other than my laptop I picked up 6-months ago, haven't looked into a new PC (desktop) in a few years.  I'm thinking if Microcenter has one, I'll be more than happy to spend a little more to have my new box immediately.

Thanks in advance!

Are you going to custom build this PC, or is this pre-built?

I'm going with a 600W PSU, and if you want to save even more money, get a Phenom II 965 (you probably need a new mobo), it's way cheaper for about equal performance.

Most of the time, guys in stores have little to no clue what they're talking about. If you're starting from scratch, a good gaming PC shouldn't be more than maybe $600, or you can upgrade if you have a desktop now, for maybe like $360. If you want, PM me and I can help you find better parts for less.

hey im about to buy a pc parts i own as of now are a 650 watts power unit and a 1 GB nvidia gtx 550 ti
