Just curious, will there be any more feature previews coming out for 0.3?

  • Well we're still working away like mad on it, these updates are just our way of doing what everyone wanted - regular news on how development is going.

"Busted", yeah that's what happened to me when I read this.

Have you roughly got a release date yet?

Thanks.

You can also try ALT+F4, similarly I also had a problem where I needed to power off my computer, pull out my power cord from the back of my computer and think long and hard about what I just did.

Turn off your computer AND pulling out the power cord? Aint that abit redundant? D:

Exactly, I also found that having a small fury animal close-by majorly improved the whole process, offering purrrfect results every time.

But yeah for the future...i think it be a good idea to not announce a new version of LSPDFR if it will not be ready within a day or so of the last preview. Ie Announcement of new version...1 week later Preview 1, 1 week later preview 2, 2 week later preview 3..and then a day later it gets released.

I kind of agree. They blew our minds with the first few versions from 0.1 - 0.2b, it was always a matter of days from announcement. People are creatures of habit, and we got used to that sort of time frame from date of announcement. The prolonged release of 0.3 is really breaking the pattern, thus leaving a bunch of people stripped of their previous instant gratification. I still check a few times a day, only to be disappointed, not nearly as disappointed as I was 4 weeks ago though. The level of disappointment gets smaller each day, that and my hopes & dreams.

You know guys...Halloween is right around the corner...*Hint Hint*

Trick or Treat, I just want something to download, like 0.3!

Yeah I agree, but then I realise (or suspect) that announcing it early brings lots and lots of extra traffic to the website over a longer period of time which in turn generates ad revenue for the team.

If that's not the reason, then I think for sure they should announce it once it's ready to be released but give a 2 week release date to build up anticipation.
