it is that i am now at work, but i can't wait to mod.

but when i am finished i will be modding

    because now will everybody make there own template layout.

    I don't think so. I believe the spotlight is only removable.

    Only the spotlight can be removed that way. I removed it in Zmodeler to see if the exporter really worked!
