LSPDFR Suggestions For New Update

I decided that I should make a list of what I'd like to see in the next update of LSPDFR! I focus mostly on audio, because it makes the game very realistic. You'll see a bunch of audio on my list.

  • Handcuff sound while arresting someone (Like LCPDFR)
  • Calling in a pursuit. (Like LCPDFR)
  • Frisk with a new animation.
  • Audio over the megaphone when pulling someone over.
  • Fix the 0.2b bug to where you can't threaten someone in a pursuit by pressing SHIFT.
  • "Identification and proof of insurance" audio when asking for ID instead of "Kifflom"
  • Allow suspects in a traffic stop to open fire while stationary. (Like LCPDFR)
  • Be able to detain suspects.

Pretty much all I can think of for a wishlist! If anyone has something they would want to add, comment below.

Top 2 are possible, 3 no animation, 4 is possible, 5 still working for me, 6 no audio as far as I know, last 2 are possible too.

I do agree that I would like all of these to be done, but of course, as I've shown above, not all are possible, I'm not sure if they could be possible at some point in the future, I hope so...

Another suggestion:

Since we can be agents of the IAA or FIB, why not add specific call outs to their level of law enforcement? Call outs such as hunting down fugitives, undercover missions, raids with other law enforcement agencies, etc.

Another awesome feature for IAA or FIB agents would be to interrogate suspects. Maybe even doing things to make the suspects tell you what you want to know. I think these features would add a more realistic feel to LSPDFR since it's rare that you see federal agents doing traffic stops or responding to speeding suspects.

Probably going to have to rely on the API for that, hopefully someone makes a callout pack for such, as before with LCPDFR I don't see many official callouts being made, since most of them are community and user made. This would be great either way though.

 

as for OP's suggestions I think most of these are already planned as they were parts of LCPDFR, the problem is animations/audio doesnt exist for some things unlike with GTAIV. and the fact that theres thousands of animations to look through. should be lots more to come in following updates.

What SgtCunningham said that a good idea and if you are in a NOOSE you can response to gang attack and etc.?

Callouts for NOOSE personnel would be awesome too, like you said, gang attacks would be awesome to respond to. Maybe even to control riots, assist in raids, hostage situations, etc.

Also, since there are missions in GTA V that involve repelling down sides of building, like in missions "Bureau Raid" and "Three's Company" why not add a feature so that you can be part of a NOOSE team in a helicopter and have a feature to repel down the helicopter like they do when the player is wanted.

not everything from LCPDFR can be added though because of a lack of audio and animations etc.

It can still be added bro, audio can be replaced with complimenting voice lines, "kifflom" could be replaced with one of the GTA IV police lines for example. 

With the amount of animations in game, it'll be possible to loosely recreate a frisking animation too, as the animation for handing the office the ID is nothing more then an animation of one of the peds tossing trash out the car window, just like how the citation animation for LCPDFR was from the workers at the airport.

Dashcam - using the in game bumper cam maybe?  With the typical text overlays like date time speed unit number, random bits of code we dont understand ;-)

One-word: Animations!

There is a shitload of animations in this game, it's unbelievable (and im just talking about the cop related ones)

Handcuffing:
There is so many combos and types animations for hancuffing.

Gunfight and aiming:
There is many animations were your character can aim is gun et use is radio, or react from shots fired and fallen comrades

Duty belt:
the animations were the cops put their hands on their belt, these are a MUST for LSPDFR a MUST use naturally like the idles work, no think to press a combiantion of keys or open 3 different trainer just for animations

Leaning and sitting animation:
Useless? Yes but still nice

SWAT:
There is a couple of animations for TACT/Army signals in the game.

Gunshop:
there is many ammunitions for weapon store clerk that could be use to select your loadout when starting LSPDFR, immersively

Medic:
when near a body, we could have system automic or a toggle keypress to crouch near to body and interact with the victim while waiting for coroner/help. Plus as we all knowNPCs sometimes drag their injured/dead buddies into cover, we should be able to do this at some point!

I know there is some animations included with LSPDFR, at this time but im just saying all off those cool animations can't be forgotten for the upcoming release, animations adds alot of realism to what we do in the game.

Suggestion: more verbal choices when you pull over suspects or talk to peds on the streets besides Hello or Insult..something like maybe "Do you know why I pulled you over or why I stopped you" same thing for giving a warning besides yelling at people. Having them step out of their car and they walk back to your patrol car for questioning..Of course I honestly don't know if anything I just is even possible.. 

Make traffic go around you instead of sitting there honking their horns and shouting or attempting to drive through you or an accident. I know you can stop traffic with barriers, but for a more realistic approach just have traffic slow driving around you or call for traffic cops that will redirect traffic without you telling them what to do..so tow trucks and ambulance/fire truck or coroner can get to you with out issue..

Detaining a suspect for investigation by handcuffing and then releasing suspect if determined they don't need arrested, would work great for callouts that require you to decide if someone is guilty of assault or something..maybe this is already in the game, but I haven't figured out how to do it yet..

next suggestion: When you take a suspect to the police department and drop them off is there any way to make it so the cop taking out the suspect doesn't throw them to the ground and stomp on them.. first time I saw that happen. I will admit I did a wtf lol

last suggestion and I don't know if this ties in with the mod or with Gtav itself, but I use a controller and it would nice to not have to push and hold the toggle stick to change the siren sounds.. maybe allow for a single press to change between sounds without having to hold the button down..

I wanted to add something else that came to my mind, it would be cool if you could update dispatch if you are chasing a suspect on foot or vehicle chase and also be able to announce commands over a loud speaker on the police car.. Like "LSPD Pull Over Now" or command a suspect over it to exit the vehicle and walk backwards with hands in the air. get down on the ground and don't move..and then you go cuff em.. I don't know maybe that isn't even possible, but would be cool.

1. Lack of audio files

2. More Jail Points and Prisoner Transport makes that cutscene better.

3. Built into GTA V, you have to do it on keyboard too and it's changeable.

Another suggestion:

Having the ability to have the FIB and IAA buildings available to walk into. Those that enjoy playing as IAA, DOA, and FIB should find this a more realistic feature. In the offices, you could have features to interrogate suspects, it could be another option as a jail, and it would add more to the realism as in reality, the FBI, CIA, and DEA always have agents inside of their offices doing office work etc.
