The second version of the explorer is with my skin even though I said everywhere no one could reupload the textures without my permission. But I expected it to be uploaded on , they upload everything, no matter what you tell them.

We need internet police.

If you really want to hurt them, go after their advertising partners.

Make sure to be as detailed as possible.

 

If enough of you do it, they'll get banned from AdSense, and will lose funds to run their copyright violating site.

I use to trust GTAinside but they don't seem to care anymore about the modders just the money as they do not takedown stolen/ripped content that was reported by developer, just as bad as to me.

I only trust GTAInside because their files come in .rar/.zip files instead of installers like . But I get most of my police related mods either here or at GTAPOLICEMODS, forgot to mention that site. Most of my other mods come from GTA4-Mods

Most of the time it's this one guy stealing mods from this website. But I can't remember his name.

Even if they just steal models and upload them, I really don't care. Someone steals my work, oh well, it's just a car mod. It's not stopping me from doing anything.

I would say they do it from anywhere, i mean, i have only uploaded that item in this site.

Oh, I've never seen a whole lot of stuff like that over there until recently.

I'm gonna do this. I've tried what Sniper told me but the answer they gave me was nothing. They say the site is hosted on another domain and another IP and stuff like that. Hope this info helps.

I don't trust them because they don't seem to care about the content uploaded if it has permission to be uploaded,  not if it's safe for your computer. I have reported so many files with proof that included models  i made that were used without permission mainly SA mods & all of them are still up. more files mean more page views meaning more money.

Well, like I said, I rarely use gta inside. Mostly GTAPOLICEMODS and LCPDFR

Quite weird, since they always removed everything I reported in the past. Nowadays you don't even have to email them, as they've added a report button as well.

yea I once found a model of mine on that site as well... they didn't even credit me....

That doesn't work for me, when i press it it just reloads the page. The models are still on the site. 

You could try sending take-down requests to the host and domain registrar's abuse departments.

I tried that a while ago, they don't reply or give any kind of acknowledgement of receipt.
