Apparently it happened hours after the shooting in New York.

RIP to the officer, seems like one of the worst years for LEOs. 

 

This is like one of the only sources that have actual information on this shooting, all other news articles seem to be like 2 sentences.

I really hope they catch that coward and hang him.

Cop killers deserve the death penalty....no matter what.

 

RIP to all officers killed in the line of duty.

When it come to killing a cop-killer, this sounds weird but I think some of them shouldn't be killed, they go out killing cops and they know they are going to die and want to die so they should be kept alive. If you want to die then you're going to find it somewhat painful from having to spend the rest of your life in prison. That's just the way I see it like.

RIP officer.  He was previously with the NYPD as well.

 

Officer Kondek had served with the Tarpon Springs Police Department for 17 years and had previously served with the New York City Police Department for five years. He is survived by his wife and five children.

I don't even know what to say but this a very sad weekend. But at least they caught the son of a bitch.

I know, within 24 hours two ambushes has left 3 officers dead. This was the second ambush in Florida this year.

I really hope they catch that coward and hang him.

I hope the media companies feel good about themselves, bathing in all the cash they've brought in from the recent events. The only reason these murders are happening is because the media blew a few cases way out of proportion, causing retaliation that is not justified in any way.

 

RIP to the officers that have been killed because of this, and stay safe anyone who is out there keeping the rest of us safe.
