about the modding, i don't think they will support it, they will probably make it a challenge, as you can see, gta 4 was a challenge to mod, now we have the best ELS ever made and the most stable version of lcpdfr 1.0, took some years and some time but we still got there, and the people at R* get paid for their work, i knew some guys that worked for EA, and they have some modding community's for their games aswell, i asked him a few questions about modding and he always said, well it was just plain work for me that i got my living of, the modding was just something to get more sales for our games.

I don't think they will allow mods such as lcpdfr. Even if they do I don't know if the lcpdfr team will put up lspdfr because all the mods like vdh police helper and trainers will no longer be popular everything would have to be redone.  all the cars, mods, guns, everything....

We can't be sure, because the game isn't out yet. The possibility of mods exists, just look at the stuff already out on the console versions- trainers and player mods already work. As far as LSPDFR goes, we simply don't know- it'l probably be a mammoth task that, if it is possible at all, will probably take at least a year or two to get going.

To be honest, I don't think Rockstar will give a shit about it. They'll probably do what they did with GTA IV. Pool people who mod into one bunch and non-modders into the other.

A quick google search confirms there's no SNT for V.

My wife works at walmart and yesterday they sent a thing to all the stores around here for the pc version to be released this fall. I think it was the card you get when they put games up for preorder.

god damn, the PC is the last to be out, all the platforms there are it has to be the PC version for me witch I have to wait even longer. 

 

Bed news that I'm moving early next year so it looks like that I'll get it and never get to play it.
