Seriously though, the whole going lethal is soo american once again, they got like 6 cops on scene, and 2 suspects, they cannot put hand cuffs on a suspect without shooting him.
Also before the officer started to shoot you saw all the officers clear from the suspect and he just layed there otherwise he would have moved away.
 
This is exactly America, this shit doesn't happen in Europe and it's getting more often that police is shooting an un armed person.
 
Those LAPD officers might need some sort of re training cause 4 vs 1 and still lose a gun, not completely sure how that works.

Since i do always wanted this vehicle i may scratch make one in future.

easier to say then to do, the body of a suburban is totally different so you will end up putting more time into trying to make it look like an excursion then to scratch model one.

This issues was fixed a long time ago in the latest hotfix for 2.1 release, please stop to mention it. 

What error OpenIV show when you trying to open a file?

It was a directx issue, update your directx and it is all fine, get the web update ;)

Well i have experience with making a game, have been a project leader myself, i can do almost everything except for programming in C# C++ and .net other then that, a team of 4-5 people is enough to make a good game, also, 1000 dollar is enough to start the first fundings, includes advertisement and website.
You also got allot of options for engines, unity, Cry Engine. Unreal which are free to use for non commercial, but once you got a good working concept out allot of people would want to pay for it and then the team can afford to buy a engine.

Maybe you should look at my other commend, where i asked something.

I just took a look and the correct shader name for rambars is "paint1" so be sure to replace "gta_default" with that.

Perhaps you misunderstood me. Could you show me a pic of how your material name looks?

If it shows up in-game, then ignore the error message.
 

That's really odd, never heard of that happening. If you want, I could take a look at it and see if crashes my game.

The only thing is now, finish the skin replace the collision for the rambar and then see if the car actual drives normal

Okay, well i know what i am making, yeah and the cleveland one is my new project, i have been there in 2007  so there is some kind of memory to these vehicles, but then i saw the new fleet and was like, OH SHIT that is gotta be made right now haha.

That is a nice livery,  it piqued my interest and i went to look at some pics for you.
 
It is a Setina, even though the details are very small.   Look at the Max res versions of those pictures and the markings should be enough.

Yea and that picture of the PB-300 looks like what they use on the crown vics.  The charger one is different and even more interesting,  is the Ford PIU vehicle uses one that looks exactly like the PB-300 except the top of the rambar is a slanted straight edge instead of the rounded one on the crown vic.
