I think it may just be a little prank. I'm trying to do all sort of stuff, like Inspect Element, trying to find if there's an index to the logos directory and/or images directory (don't say I'm hacking, because I'm clearly not) but it doesn't look like there's an end to the countdown. I've tried almost every possible way. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess... 

or could you guys possibly be denying / in denial    that,  that's how long to the release  and the sign was only suppose to be for staff but ended up where some of us general community members can see it as well

Someone hacked into the server and set this image to be invisible to Sam, Jay or the community team, but set it visible to ordinary members, to convince them that something will happen on that day. It's probably being done to make us look bad if whatever is supposed to happen isn't done in 28 days.
