Who here actually drives...

Featured Replies

I'm still saving for lessons, although when I pass I'm aiming for something small for my first car. Insurance is damn expensive over here in the UK so its best I go for the smaller-engined cars like this one;

Ford Fiesta 2008

I've always loved Ford's too. They always make fine cars.

eeeeeewwwwwwww, thats a very ugly car

what potato did you flim this with? i was thinking of purchasing one myself, you know how potato's are common used as video recorders these days.

  • I wouldn't have a problem driving modern european cop cars, but I can't stand the sirens France and other European countries use.

  • Cops dislike civilians who drive Crown Vics/cop cars. They will think there's something wrong with you or think you're a wannabee.   I drive a 1988 BMW E30 M3.

  • ^^ Unless you paint it yellow and charge people money to ride in it. Then, you're fine.

I drive an '07 impala with lights and siren on it. They are all hide away lights. Amazing.

Which is illegal in the state of Wisconsin, unless you do have a certification from the state.... and the only way to get a "certitication is if you work for a Fire department or Police department, and also none of those lights can be blue"  The only vehicles that can have "Sirens" on them are Police Vehicles and Fire trucks/ Ambulances. So unless you are a cop, and you have permission from your chief of police to drive that car as a daily driver vehicle, you are driving illegally and at anytime you could be pulled over fined and your vehicle taking away. Now that's a entire different story if you even flash the lights or press the siren button for even a second and get caught....

Anyways,

Right now I drive a 2003 chevy malibu and this summer I plan on getting a 1966 ford mustang....

ATM, I drive a John Deere riding lawn mower because my parents don't want to take me to get my learners permit. Anyhoo! I would probably be driving either a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5, nice little car with some zip! Or a 2000 Subaru Outback Wagon. I'd love to get an older Focus, perhaps around '05 with a manual gearbox, I love them. But I'll take what I can afford. LOL

Currently working on my permit but once I do get a license Ill be buying a preowned nissan X-Terra. Have had a summer job since I was 13 so now Im just waiting on the license.

To bad I can't get any of thses cars. It cost way to much to have the car imported and converted into RHD

if your replying to me Please @0taku or Quote me so I get a notification

yup, fords are nice cars but those small itty bitty fords arn't very attractive in anyway

Most fords are nice, but some live up to there motto "Found on road dead"  But for the most part fords are good.I really like there older 60s cars and also modern day mustangs and pickup trucks.

I drove.... into a tree.. Deer walked out of the brush infront of me and I slid off the narrow path into a tree. This was my truck:

If the insurance company calls this a total loss, I'm not sure what I'll have to get. It'll more then likely be a bigger pickup though.

Thats a tough loss, are you okay though? thats the important thing. and think of it as an upgrade to a better truck.

Yeah, I'm completely fine. The only thing that I hurt was my knuckle after I 'released' some tension on the vehicle (AKA I punched it.). They are considering it a loss so far, but they are wanting to confirm it in person before they officially deem it as it. Not sure how to feel. I love this thing, I'll consider buying it back from the Junk yard.. shame for this beaut to go there.

I'm an EMT for a volunteer company and due to our rural area it sometimes takes ambulances up to 30 minutes to get to where they need to be. My department has permission from the state to have lights and sirens put on our personal vehicles. I have the permission of the Sheriff, and the fire chief. All the lights are white and red only, no blue. And actually it's illegal to drive with lights and no  siren. It's both or none per state law. Therefore I am breaking no laws. :)

I currently drive this in Italy. But, I'm soon to sell it, since I'd prefer something American once I move back stateside.

An evoque.. interesting.

I have a rover, one of the real ones they no longer build. It likes the woods :)

Can't see buying a new one though. If i go with the street unibody lifted car approach, i prefer Gl, Q7 and other equally useless and expensive to maintain vehicles.
