For the last GTA Update, yes. For GTA V EE, no.

Hopefully, the block on AI pit maneuvering burrito vans will be removed for the enhanced version. 

Also the anti pit maneuver traction that lspdfr applies to pursuit suspect's vehicle. 

 

Clarification edit: LSPDFR backup AI seems to be blocked from being able to use tactics on vehicle with big in strModelFlags.  They can't do pit maneuvers on burrito van, but if the flag is removed, then AI can pit them. 

 

Also it takes abnormal amount of force to pit pursuit suspect's vehicle, that only AI backup with cheat force could do it or have to use the plugin.

Maybe I don’t understand your question but yes, the development of RPH for GTA V EE is still in early stages of development as per Ben‘s initial post.

You cannot obtain an older version of RagePluginHook/LSPDFR. Update your game to the latest and then download the manual version of LSPDFR that comes with the latest RagePluginHook.

Why not make older versions of  RPH and LSPDFR available to Insiders? I shouldn't have to go elsewhere for older LSPDFR/RPH versions. The only way to reliably play LSPDFR without being broken by these petty Rockstar updates is to maintain an "older/cracked version" of the game that doesn't update.

The biggest reason I've seen is that it becomes extremely difficult to provide support when there are a bunch of different LSPDFR / RPH / GTA versions being scattered around. 

It's fairly easy to just backup your game files and remain on an old version until you decide to update, and even updating is a very simple process. Providing old versions just creates more confusion for people, as well as for us who provide support.

NVE enhanced will be released 15th May. Do you think Lspdfr would be done by then or not as I would like to download them all together before I move over to enhanced as I only play LSPDFR on my pc 🙂
