According to the Policing Redefined documentation, these are all the zones you can potentially use. As you can see, highway isn't a defined zone: https://wiki.rage.mp/wiki/Zone::getNameOfZone. What you can do is call for state backup and configure those how you want them to spawn. There are StateFemalePatrol, StatePatrol and StateK9Patrol inside DefaultRegions.

We aren't adding any mods right now. We are trying to figure out why you have this problem. Part of investigating this issue is disabling your LSPDFR plugins to see if any of them are the cause of your problem. The quickest way to remove all LSPDFR plugins (those that load when on duty) is to rename the folder so the game can't recognise it. It's a diagnostic step, not a solution. Have you tried what I suggested with menyoo and renaming LSPDFR? Did that help? Your issue usually appears when your health is being modified by a third party script such as simple trainer or Menyoo, sometimes LSPDFR plugins if they alter health stats.

Can you temporarily remove that and check if that helps at all? If not, rename the LSPDFR folder inside your Plugins folder to _LSPDFR and go on duty as normal. If that still fails report back please.

Can you launch GTA V with mods enabled until you have spawned in as M, F or T? Then alt-tab out of the game, start RH, wait until it has hooked.

Does GTA V launch with mods and without RPH?

You need to ensure you have the file CommonDataFramework in your main GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR\ directory. This for example comes with PolicingRedefined. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.

That's handled via agency.xml found in lspdfr->data and maybe lspdfr-> data -> custom. PR doesn't spawn ambient units. Can you show me the opening tags of the 5 SAHP entries?

When saying "for example, RHPD is still in their designated area", do you mean the backup you called for or the units that have spawned ambiently next to/near the station in RH?

Can you try to temporarily remove any other plugin except Grammarpolice (just put the .dll files into a temp folder). Try again with the speech. I wonder if another plugin somehow interferes with your GP speech recognition.

Try to go on duty. Wait until your plugins are all loaded. Then immediately request something from GP and attach your log again. Are you using en generic or immersive?
