Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knows of ANY vehicles (besides the Charger in my screenshot gallery) that has a Highrise Lightbar on it? (basically what the NYPD has on the Highway Patrol vehicles. I have seen a CVPI before but cannot seem to find it anymore

These lightbars always intrigued me; they look fantastic atop the Chargers and Crown Victorias designated for Highway Patrol. I'm surprised they aren't placed on mods more often.

I'm not sure about this and I probably am wrong, though I think its very high poly...

or maybe its just a locked piece of equipment

Coincidence. I am trying to find enough samples of the '90s one to model it and add it on my cars. Yet I can barely find some. So probably have to cancel that project.

As for the car you're looking for, I know which one you mean. A guy uploaded a video about it on YouTube and had a download link in the description. Tried to find it for you but sorry, could not find it.

I dont mean to go off topic but I dont live in NY and never understood these light bars. If you look at the photo, the lights arent any higher than the actualy lightbar. Only the spotlights. What is the point of it??

It's actually 2 light sticks that rotate to vertical to be substantially higher than a lightbar.

There is a mod called EPM, which pretty much does that. It doesn't really work with ELS, but I just realized that you could use it with the strobe mod (so they would rise up).

Oh gotcha, makes WAY MORE SENSE Now.

Of course its locked, there is no unlocked file with a high rise lightbar. You'll have to model it yourself or wait and cross your fingers for the crazy chance that someone releases it unlocked. You probably have better odds seeing a two toed sloth than you do that lightbar being released unlocked.
