HighRise Lightbar?

Featured Replies

Of course its locked, there is no unlocked file with a high rise lightbar. You'll have to model it yourself or wait and cross your fingers for the crazy chance that someone releases it unlocked. You probably have better odds seeing a two toed sloth than you do that lightbar being released unlocked.

Well, I saw a cat with three legs outside my house once, so i'll keep my fingers crossed and wait.

Yeah, EPM. I've been playing too much SA-MP.

EPM makes parts of the car move, like the spoiler on a veyron move upwards when braking at high speeds or the simple headlights on a Nissan S14

ELS and EPM do not like each other, just a forewarning lol
