Hi. The freval error was fixed for some users by doing this: Open up your LCPDFR.ini, look under "Main", it should look something like this by default:

Now, add to the bottom of that part
PreloadAllModels=TrueThe "Main" part should now look like this:

Hello, please post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory. Also, please do the following:
Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Post your system specifications. Post what other mods you are using. This includes car and script mods

Indeed, no spaces and it must be written exactly like that. Otherwise it won't work. Imagine my epic facepalm when I noticed it was case-sensetive. So many topics to go back to D:

Then, it's most likely a GTA IV crash and not much we can do about it. I recommend removing any car mods you might have to decrease the amount of crashes, or just less-poly heavy models.

It's a known crash that's being worked on. I do see that you have the freval error. It might be unrelated, but the freval error was fixed for some users by doing this: Open up your LCPDFR.ini, look under "Main", it should look something like this by default:

Now, add to the bottom of that part
PreloadAllModels=TrueThe "Main" part should now look like this:

  16. ineseri's post in LCPDFR 1.0a Not Working was marked as the answer
Hello, make sure that LCPDFR 0.95RC2 is uninstalled (http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-r19)

    Also, please install these
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549 (If you haven’t updated GFWL, use this).
.... and run the game as administrator.

Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

  17. ineseri's post in GTA IV - FPS drops and game freezes "Bungee Cord" effect was marked as the answer
If you are using vDH PoliceHelper I recommend you to open your vDH ini file and edit the following lines to disable world events:
[ EVENTS ] TrafficEventsTimeout = 90 // Set timeout for creating traffic events (speeders will be created 2x more often). // Set it to 0 to turn off traffic events. WorldEventsTimeout = 210 // Set timeout for creating world events. Set it to 0 to turn off world events. EnableOtherEvents = True // Enable casual events like tourists asking for directions etc. Also, disabling shadows will help with the FPS as shadows are quite resource heavy most of the time.

Second also, make sure you are running the game as administrator. Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

Third: Consider using this commandline instead:
-novblank -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -novsync -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict Forth: Using ELS and ELS enabled cars in MP isn't recommended at all, it will cause crashes most of the time no matter how low poly they are. That's how ELS is sadly.

Fifth: It could just be your internet being slow, in MP that is.

Then there is no need to apply the hotfix. That may have messed something up. Care to try again? :) Also, I am not a expert of what the logs mean, that is up to LMS to translate.
  20. ineseri's post in ELSv7 - Cars become invincible? was marked as the answer
Hello, this is how ELS works and there is no way to fix it. ELS enables and disables several car components at once, which will "refresh" the car every time a light flash. You can, however, set them on steady burn (no flash) to circumvent this problem.

This is why I personally do not use ELS, that and the added chance for my game to crash.

Also; This is written in the ELS User Manual that you should read through prior to using the modification:

Reading the readme goes with any modification, read me files are strongly recommended to be read before usage of the mod.
    EDIT: Hi SuperStumpje :D

If you have Steam, you can redownload missing files by verifying the game cache. (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335) If not, reinstall and make backups next time :)
