Okay My Pc Is More Than Capable of Running Gta. I ran GTA without mods of any sort and it ran fine. then i installed lcpdfr and now it will load social club start i click play offline it give loading symbol then nothing happens after that. I am however running windows 8. if anyone else needs more info i will get back to you. Thank You, OSHPTROOPERSHORTY

Okay, Here Is My Directory. My Screen Shots Are in Three Sections.

You have both xlive and dsound in your directory. Remove either of them. 

I Removed dsound out of my directory. It Is still not working

 

Do you have the latest patch of GTA IV? Did you use the manual installer of LCPDFR 1.0? 

I am running patch 1.0.7.0. I used the automatic installer.

Please use the manual installer instead.

Okay, i did this and i still have the same problem.

 

 

This is by no means solved and i appreciate the help is there anymore suggestions either by ineseri or anyone else?

Are you using any commandlines for that graphics card? 

Honestly, I have no clue what a command line is. i know alot about computers but that i do not know.

 

It's file you put in your GTA IV directory. Create a text document and name it "commandline.txt", and add the following: 

-novblank -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -novsync -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict

I did this, Still getting the same problem. anymore ideas?

 

Have you tried removing your save files to see if that works? 

no i didnt remove the files. i was reading the lcpdfr document guide or whatever and it was talking about asi loaders and i copied  one of them to my directory and it works. BUT, lcpdfr is not working.
