Does the game work without the modded ELS cars?

Is it a legal copy of the game? Steam/Retail? Are you running the game as administrator? Using the latest patch? What mods are you using? List them please. Did you save while on duty? What are your computer specs? I had almost forgotten about this thread, but this, this this and this. It's the same with music: We all like different things, no doubt about it.

You can use the manual installation package instead, it's available from the download section. Read the manual to figure out how to install it properly.

Could you post the other logs too?

ELS is working fine with LCPDFR 1.0 for a ton of users. I'm not sure what you mean with a fix.

I'm not sure what you mean really. Do you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system?

You can use the mod called Simple Native Trainer and spawn that model :)
