  1. Well, as a rule of the thumb: Don't save while on duty :)
  2. Don't ever save while on duty. Your saves are now corrupted, and you will have to delete them. The save files are located in 2 different places. X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames X:Users%username%DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames Note: The AppData-folder is usually hidden, make sure that you can see hidden files.Note 2: “X” is the drive where you have installed GTA IV, and %username% is replaced by your username Note 3: You don't actually have to delete them, just move them.
  3. Did you save your game by going to the safe-house and saving the game? I.e sleeping?
  4. I don't think it's bad really. You maybe want to remove "epic" and just use "Khanage"? I've never changed my username, because I and others are pretty used to it by now. Anyway it's all up to you really, since it's your second name basically.
  5. I was going to a bar, to just randomly start frisking people. You know, standard police stuff. But instead of arresting the marked suspect, I accidently started a shot competion...
  6. *GTA IV is unstable. LCPDFR is working flawless for me. The hotfix is out now btw, try it.
  7. It's a upcoming feature, but it is not yet implemented. Stay tuned! :)
  8. Lighting-mode key bug should be fixed :)
  9. That is one of the ways to do it, you have to arrest the suspect and choose either "Drive to station" or "Call for transport".
  10. That's really weird. I'm pretty stumped here.
  11. It wouldn't be a simple thing, there's ton of organizing to do. I'll just quote Valve and their views on having a mod group (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Making_a_Mod). It's a huge undertaking, and one that is kind of impossible to do.
  12. 1. That is available in the Policing script by Braveheart. You can also use the police helper by Abraxas to increase the policing in your game. 2. Would be possible to implement with the API, lots of work though. 3. Didn't notice that before, huh. I'll have to check again. Totally missed that.
  13. You should always run the game as administrator. Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.
  14. I didn't say it was ELS, I said it was the cars. Since LCPDFR spawns models in the gameworld, it may fail to do so if the cars spawned are too high poly.
  15. There's a hotfix out, apply and test the game again.
  16. It's still not a LCPDFR-ELS issue, but a general "add-crap-to-a-crappy-game-error". Crashes are normal when using mods I'm afraid.
  17. Thanks for the update, will apply it asap :)
  18. Excuse me, but have you tried it?
  19. I understand :) Hopefully someone else can help you while you wait, but I'll bookmark this topic so I won't lose it.
  20. It is explained in the manual what to edit in the LCPDFR ini file, which is located in the GTA IV root rolder. You can open that file with notepad or notepad++. If I had more time, I would explain the exact entry to edit but I do not. Read the manual carefully, the section about the ini file and I am sure you can solve this! If not, I will be back in a couple of hours.
  21. Don't. Your saves are now corrupted, and you will have to delete them. The save files are located in 2 different places. 22. Just out of curiosity, why would you want to do that? Anyway, you can do that by reading the manual and editing the LCPDFR ini file.
