What are your computer specs? Just like other Blue Screen of Death errors, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL errors arise from corrupt software installations, corrupt system files, incompatible or inappropriate device drivers and faulty hardware devices. IRQ are interrupt requests that are sent to the CPU via south and north bridges.

Yep, that should work properly. And it works perfectly with LCPDFR! Just make sure to read the readme.

I'm not really sure what you mean. Do you want to replace those cars, or do you want more police cars spawn in traffic?

Okay, you do that. Just keep in mind that LCPDFR 1.0 is much more stable.

This is my last advice: Reinstall the game, apply patch, run as admin and try the game. Install LCPDFR 1.0 with the manual installation package (hotfix is included). Read the manual to the letter.

If you already have 1.0 installed, you use the hotfix. If not, you can apply the manual install since it already has the hotfix.

I think if you are using ELS, it's possible to use the siren. Since I'm not currently using ELS I could be wrong.

Could I see a screenshot of your GTA IV root folder?
