No, they are not compatible. As far as I know, PPM is long gone and dead.

Again, stay away from PPM. You could try moving the soundfiles if they are in the open, if you want more callouts, consider using the callouts made my LukeD (Callouts+) and WoutersCallouts. If you want some unsupported ones, use policing mod and police helper.

Remove all mods and install them one by one. Insert the backups you made and start over. Very important that you install them one by one and try the game after each mod.

I already know what's wrong, you need .Net Framework4.5.
