You upload your work to share it, not so that others can upload it in their name. Hours of time are spent on this stuff and all we have is our credit we get online. And we like to upload it and share it where we want, not where others want. Its different if permission was given to freely distribute but in this case it hasn't been. It shouldn't matter if its a "simple helicopter model", a pair of handcuffs, or a mobile command station, if the author wants to control where its uploaded I think he should have that right. Thats why most modelers put "please do not upload/distribute this model without written consent"... and people wonder why there aren't as many cars being released these days. Granted the model is from BPM(or at least bpm claims its his), and he's leaving so it probably wouldn't matter and he would probably give permission but its just the idea of it. People who haven't spent hours and hours working on a model can easily say, "it shouldn't matter who uploads it" but go and make a few models, come back and then tell me if you still feel the same way

welcome, you'll have to look through the downloads section and see if you can find anything. Its unlikely you'll find a car setup exactly like the HPD as far as lighting goes but you should be able to find something close. You'll have to look through the skins/textures and see if there is any HPD skins

I play it, haven't in a few months now but I use to play it all the time. Love it and the PMDG aircraft and the Military Jets.

I like playing EFLC more than IV also, my PC seems to run it better too and it doesn't crash as much. I only really use IV to play online since my buddies have that

Nope, can't beat that at all. I bought EFLC last time this sale was on and it was worth every penny

If your using ELS, you have ASI loader. Its either DSOUND or Xliveless. you need to use dsound in order to play online, you can't use xliveless.

You must really have a thing for Voltex lighting huh? Do a lot of agencies around you use that brand? -
Somehow I missed this topic back when it was posted and now that its been resurrected I can say that I wish I would have missed it the second time around. The gameplay looks horrible, the graphics equally as bad. It reminds me of something you could go to a game website and play online. Just by the look of the box you can tell its horrible. Granted LCPD:FR isn't perfect and neither are the related mods for IV but its the best thing we have right now IMO and its still a lot of fun, even after all this time

It shouldn't do that. I play online all the time as do hundreds of other people. What are you using for a ASI loader? DSOUND or Xliveless? Do you have FR active(are you on duty) when your trying to join? Although I don't see why that should matter

Someone over at GMC just had this same problem with the default shotgun. They could see it in OpenIV i believe but not in game. I don't know if a solution was ever reached. I did have this issue one time but was able to solve it by just importing another gun.

I'm sorry but was a thread necessary for this? Even if you did feel is necessary to make a thread (which you obviously did) wouldn't you want to post some screen shots so people knew what was coming?

weird, might have to take a look at the material and make sure its setup correctly. I never had a problem, but I always used the M4, not sure what you have in there

A lot of those guns are locked. The only one's I found that are usually unlocked are ones from Grimm weapon packs...

IF thats what you like thats fine with me! I just don't care for the scoop on a police car but it was just my suggestion

You should have taken some pictures in the daytime so that people can see the actual car. Not just 8 shots of the ELS. Also it looks like the texture for the pushbar is screwed up, see how its the correct color in the middle, by the g-rhino logo but the rest of it seems much lighter, almost grey/white.

Needs the correct 2010 taillights if your going for the 2010 look, like this '> Also, remove the SRT from the grill and remodel the hood so its no longer the SRT version with the scoop and the front bumper is still the SRT version also. Just my opinion - looks good though, nice job using the better quality textures
