Like Ceril said, if you made the model you can just apply a blank texture in the dirt spot for that material. If you didn't make the model and its locked there really isn't anything you can do except edit the vehicle.ide and make it so the car doesn't get dirty. I think its the vehicle.ide but I'm not 100% sure

I've been gone all week so I haven't had a chance to look at anything but I'll be home tomorrow so I'll check it out then and see if putting those values in some other area works. I'll report back with my findings. I have a feeling that might be what I'm looking for since it makes sense.

The sidemirror's should be all black and the marker light removed - as far as I know there isn't any police explorer that has those. Same thing with the foglights, they should be removed or just retextured to black. The last thing is just a personal suggestion - make the grill a darker grey or black. I know some use that lighter color like yours but I like the darker grey/black.

I like the Legacy, The Tomar Scorpion/Blade, and the Whelen Inner Edge XLP's. I don't have a specific favorite, I like them all equally

As some of you probably know, the lights look really really good in the Triangle(times square) area. I'm assuming there is some setting somewhere which makes them that way, is there anyway to make the entire world have those settings? Anyone know by chance where that setting would be located? Figured I'd try this before I go searching through each file in the DATA folder for any clue of the lighting/environment settings. Thanks

Try Vision as your search word or Vision SL since thats more commonly used as the name of that Federal Signal bar than Vector is. There are a few out there, not as many as Whelen Liberty's but you should be able to find something to suit you. I just tried using "Vision" as the search term and got a lot of results...

There are actually quite a few of them out there. I understand its your first release/project so I won't go to hard on you but its very simple, just a box with box legs. Should maybe try and add a little more detail but if you don't at least make sure you use very good textures.

Exactly, Grant is right, those are not the correct alloys for the Charger. The ones you have on there now where never used for a police Charger. I've posted the correct ones below, you can see the difference. When that car was converted is was a R/T, so the rims where just some random set of wheels.

Exactly, begging isn't going to get you the model nor will saying you won't steal it, give proper credits, etc. Thats not the point, the people who have it aren't going to just hand it out to everyone who asks nicely, its a heavily guarded and rare model due to all the hard work of those involved. Having been a beta tester doesn't matter either, that doesn't show that you have modeling skills or have done a lot of work that you would be given the Caprice. I have it Pengi, its just not converted or anything. More work than I care to spend on it right now.

There is no way to get it unless your a member of one of the groups that have it. Accurate Studio has one, but only a few of those guys have it unlocked. GPM has one also but its only for the DEV's. There is no way to get it right now since there are so few that exist and because they are still WIP's

they aren't actually called "dummys" - you need to know the terminology... dummies are the small blue cubes that tell the game where to put stuff. LIke Hilth said, you shouldn't put a actual model in each spot but each spot needs a [COL]. Only wheel_lf needs the model wheelmesh_lf and wheelmesh_L1 and of course the COL. So erase any models you have from the other spots (wheel_lr, _rf and _rr) and make sure the new wheel is the same size as the old steel wheel in each view. Then pull the steel wheel out of the hierarchy or delete it, leaving the new wheel under wheel_lf, export and it should work.

Is this a confirmed thing? Because if it is you should have put in a spoiler and not put the feature in the thread title... Sam just posted about not posting spoilers and if you did it was suppose to be with a spoiler box..... I was trying to keep myself away from these leaked things... but since I already read it I'll comment, NO, I think its a horrible feature. Maybe it should be something that can be turned on/off so those that want to take time to fill up can but I'll stick to the way its been
