  4. Damn that's hilarious yet brilliant work! Good job.
  5. You must have Windows Explorer set to not hide file extensions for known file types. Find out how to do so here. There is a less well know feature of LCPDFR that allows you to choose your own background for the police computer. To use your own background, take the image you want to use, make a copy of it and rename it to PoliceBG. So, if it was called MyImage.jpg or MyImage.png before, it will now be called PoliceBG. Then place this 'PoliceBG' file into your LCPDFR folder. This is located inside the 'scripts' folder of your GTA installation. You're done! This new background should show when you next use the police computer system.
  6. Check if they have a Freecycle in your area. http://www.freecycle.org/ I highly doubt you'll get one that can run GTA though.
  7. G17 Media/LCPDFR isn't an employeer; it has no employees. We make next to no money from LCPDFR. In regard to your question, it basically means the script couldn't spawn objects, peds or vehicles. This can be caused by modified vehicles.img, or other things, such as a low performance computer.
  8. You didn't specify your CPU, what's your CPU specs? These factor in strongly. Also, as far as I know the nVidia GTA 610 is rather entry level, so I'm not sure what you should expect from that. Maybe someone else who has more experience on the GPU side can comment.
  9. Are you having issues with LCPDFR? Do you want to uninstall it to diagnose an issue, or because you want to try a complete reinstall? Follow these simple steps to completely remove LCPD First Response (PC Edition) completely from your GTA IV or GTA IV: EFLC installation. Navigate to your GTA directory. Inside your GTA directory, delete the following files, if they exist:AdvancedHook.dll IVOverlay.asi [*]Inside the /common/data/ directory, if the file 'WeaponInfo.xml.bak' exists, delete 'WeaponInfo.xml' and rename 'WeaponInfo.xml.bak' to 'WeaponInfo.xml'. [*]Inside the /scripts/ directory, delete the following files, if they exist: FirstResponse.net.dll MergedFirstResponse.net.dll FirstResponse.ini The LCPDFR folder [*]Done. LCPDFR has now been fully removed.

  20. It might work with a crack, depends on a lot of factors. If however you choose to use a crack, you are not entitled to use the support section for any issues.
  21. No support from us, ever, for this mod.
  22. The error you are getting is something on your computer forbidding access to our installer. This is beyond the scope of this forum, but is probably caused by: Antivirus, mistaking the installer for a virus and not running it. A virus on your computer, forbidding access to our installer. Additionally, if you don't have GTA IV, there's not much this installer would do, as LCPDFR is an add-on for the GTA:IV or GTA:EFLC games.
  23. Most likely an error somewhere. 0.86 isn't a version we've ever released :P
  24. Meanwhile in the Australian outback...
