Game freezing
There was a fix that LMS uploaded about a week after the main release of 1.1 that fixed issues that people were having trying to use LCPDFR offline (I guess it would apply here where the masterserver is down). It has no seperate name so you'd be unable to tell it apart from the first release. Please try redownloading LCPDFR 1.1 from our downloads section and reinstalling it.

'forceduty'
You shouldn't be using 'forceduty'. It is a command left-in only for development purposes and should only be used for testing. If you insist on using that, which may be removed in a future, I guess you could use something like Simple Native Trainer to change your model. No functionality exists within LCPDFR to do what you are asking.

What are good mods that prevent LCPDFR 1.1 from crashing
You seem to have the wrong idea about how mods work. Each mod make your game more unstable. You should try to minimize the use of modifications. My personal recommendation is seeing if you can live with the stock vehicles, the GTA IV engine doesn't deal with modified vehicles too well, especially not ones which have a very high polygon count.
-
Is modding now possible for GTA 5?
You'll probably see vehicle modifications and the like a lot sooner than script modifications.

Everything changes - the new LCPDFR.com
There will be no option to disable them. Design choices may not appeal to everyone, but we're not going to be maintaining two very different versions of this. I hope this clears that up.

Everything changes - the new LCPDFR.com
Everything changes. IPS4 We've been hard at work updating our community software to the brand new version, IPS Community Suite 4. IPS 4 brings with it a massive bunch of great new features and updates, including a much cleaner interface, awesome mobile and tablet support and many improvements in the general usage of the website and interaction with the community. Current Problems Yes, a lot of things are broken and/or in the process of being reconstructed or fixed! There will be many issues with community content as the upgrade process continues. These problems are being fixed automatically. Unfortunately, due to the massive size of LCPDFR.com, rebuilding posts and data takes time. We estimate the automatic fixing will take at most one week. This is finished. There is a lot of functionality which is missing right now. We are working on resolving this as soon as possible. There are some issues with profiles - we're working on them! Fixed. The homepage is gone. We'll be introducing a new one which is actually useful - meaning it includes more content from you, the community.LCPDFR Online Services are down. This includes linking your account, enhanced multiplayer and crime statistics. After the data reconstruction has finished, we'll work on bringing the service back online. See http://www.lcpdfr.com/topic/49645-everything-changes-the-new-lcpdfrcom/?page=4#comment-328244 GTA V As we continue to work on the website, we hope you're all enjoying the newly released Grand Theft Auto V on PC! We chose today to carry out this major upgrade in the hope that you'll all be too busy playing GTA V to care. As normal service is resumed, we'll be having a lot more to say about GTA V!

Configurable Officer Names
We won't be adding this as a configuration option in the LCPDFR.ini file, but we are planning on having a configurable officer name that you can change via LCPDFR.com that will be shown in-game, which can be set however you want and changeable as many times as you want.

lcpdfr crash in beginning
Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR. You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them. Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Online Services changes
We've decided to reset the crime statistics system in the most recent patch, 1.1. However, don't worry, all the old stats have been archived and will be visible seperately shortly. There are many reasons for this, but the most crucial is probably the fact that the totals have been there since 0.91, and it's pretty impossible for anyone new to see their name quite high up on the leaderboards. Also, we've greatly improved the security of the system - replay attacks are no longer possible and an exploit to inflate ticket scores has been fixed. This reset applies today, and the system is back online from today. All old API keys will still work. Only crime statistics sent from the most recent patch (1.1) will be counted now. We hope this gives everyone a fair chance to get on the leaderboards - and we have a few more things in store for the future, like our planned >clan services expansion (there is already code in 1.1 to prepare for this, we just need to make a nice client-side UI).

API key generation back online
Please see the very top of the website. The system is down for everyone. How did you miss that?

The colors of this photo will appear different to everyone.
This is the last place I expected to see this. Anyway, what it appears like for you depends on your monitor contrast and gamma settings.

The worst police department policy ever
Policing is certainly a highly stressful job, so this advice could be useful in some circumstances. Giving this as generic advice to be used in any circumstance seems a bit silly to me, though.
