Well I'm kode103, also known as RK. I make skin packs for everyone to use for LCPD FR. i really enjoy making them, and I am glad to help people with tips to improve theirs. Why only skin packs? I feel that many people are already doing models, and after trying myself in making one, I found out one thing, I suck at making them =/ 

But I enjoy making textures, I have made basic ones, up to some complicated ones. I decided to make skin packs instead of single skins so that players may have the choice in which vehicle they would like to use, plus I got the idea after watching many CodeZero videos. I hope you all enjoy my textures! Thanks for downloading.
