  2. Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR. You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them. Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Post your system specifications. Post what other mods you are using. This includes car and script mods. Please note that failure to follow these instructions may cause this thread to be closed.

  5. Meh, hopefully this means they are making a better port. If it comes out and it's a really crap port after all the days - well vote with your wallet.
  6. If someone else on the game has issues with their vehicle modifications, this can cause a SMPA60 for anyone in the session. SMPA60 is not caused by LCPDFR.

  8. ELS v8 ships with an outdated version of AdvancedHook.dll. Copy the latest 'AdvancedHook.dll' from the manual installation package of 1.0d Hotfix 1 to your GTA root folder.

  10. It doesn't make any difference and won't have any bad effects, it's probably just connected to the fact we changed the installer we used at some point.
  11. Doesn't make any difference, any versions of 1.0 share the same DLL file name and therefore only one could be installed at the same time in your GTA installation.

  13. A simple search could have helped, see the following knowledge base post: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  14. I don't think any hook is available. So you'd either have to make your own hook or bindings to the C++ scripthook. I guess you might be able to make one using IronPython and using the .NET hook, but I've never tried this.
  15. We don't currently offer this, although we know it is something many users are interested in so we may offer it at some point. Thank you for your interest!
  16. It gives us a small cut of the purchase, at no cost to you.
  17. This is an old version and as such it is no longer available.
  18. Happy birthday! Have a great day!

  20. Address: 180ABCD (Faulting module: C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIV.exe loaded into process space at 1090000 - function offset without PE header is: 779BCD) I'd recommend a vanilla install. Your actual game is crashing, not LCPDFR.We don't actually support any third party modifications.
  21. Try using the manual process: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  22. MODERATOR NOTICE Your thread has been moved to the GTA IV Support Requests forum, as it is not an LCPDFR support request.
  23. This probably has nothing to do with LCPDFR. It means your game crashed. Treat it as you would GTA crashing normally / borked installation. The failed to find savegame just means that the LCPDFR Error Recovery could not kick in -- probably because LCPDFR didn't even start. And I've never heard of Jeff Favignano in my life.
  24. We don't use a trojan at all. This is a problem with your anti-virus software detecting our modification as a trojan incorrectly. Our software is not actually a trojan.
