LSPDFR and RPH have moved on since v2189, older versions aren't available nor retained by us. LSPDFR is no longer compatible with that older version of the game, so even if you do find an older RPH, you'd also need an older LSPDFR build or to use 0.3.

Give it a shot, in general, if it runs GTA V: it'll run LSPDFR. CPU is a little underpowered, but shouldn't be too much of an issue unless you use a large amount of plugins.

You didn't include any information someone could use to help you. Please upload the RAGEPluginHook.log file from your GTA folder (not the logs folder).

Rename mods to _mods to test, then revert whatever you've recently installed to your mods folder or start it again from scratch.Remove SHVDN completely and see if it still crashes when you press F4.My advice would be to not buy a laptop because it can run an almost 10 year old PC release (GTA V) well and instead buy a system that can run the latest AAA titles comfortably. If it can do that, it'll probably run LSPDFR+GTA V very very well.It's probably something in your mods folder which has corrupted or changed that asset. Rename mods to _mods and see if it still happens.
