Thank you! you have been a life saver the past few days with help! Quick question. I install the NAudio folder and my seatbelt (by Faya) mod crashes while loading into story mode with RPH. Never an issue beforehand though. Even downloaded and reinstalled all requirements. Any ideas? I attached a new RPH log but I'm not sure if it'll be any help. RagePluginHook.log

Can I just delete the audio files and mod files out of my game directory from the above stated mods? or will this cause more issues? sorry I'm completely new to pcs an modding and have been patiently waiting with no response. just don't want to cause more problems. thanks to all in advance.

As stated in the title, i immediately crash when going on duty. all requirements are up to date. i believe its possibly crashing due to a mod i just installed (more radio chatter) (more more chatter). my rage log states something about LSPD First Response: Unhandled Exception During Game Fiber Tick - Origin: Game Fiber "callout manager". Exception Message : Object reference not set to an instance of an object. But, thats the thing, i dont have callout manager insalled. only callout interface. Im stumped.

i had it, went an dowloaded an installed a vehicle pack then went to load up the game to check the vehicles an realized that i had messed something up in the process of installing. i new to all this, so its a given from time to time that i mess something up here an there. but, i found a work around an got it working now. thanks for everyones input.
