  1. I know I'm commenting about 3 years after this amazing mod has been made. But I have ELS installed, everything is running great. The only issue I'm having is my white lights on top of all my NYPD vehicles are just too bright. They blind out the entire game. Its impossible to do pursuits because your screen is blinded out every other second from the spinning WHITE LIGHT. Any help on how I can fix this or go around this without uninstalling the vehicle pack or ELS is much appreciated.
  2. I'm having an issue with the PISTOL location on the Gang homicide fallout. I always find the bullet casing but I've spent entirely too long looking for the PISTOL. Any help ?
