I think it is missing AdvancedHook, as it says it right here, [ERROR - 1:32:50 PM] [Plugin.Callouts+] System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: Boolean AdvancedHookManaged.AGame.GetIsTextInputActive(). If you might want to uninstall LCPDFR and installing it again. Hope I helped you  ​ 

 

Edit: You can also try to replace AdvancedHook with the one from LCPDFR 1.0D.
