We are unable to provide support for the RageHook, and require all support topics pertaining to this be posted over on the official RageHook forums: http://forums.ragepluginhook.net/ If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  2. It most likely has to do with the walk style LCPDFR changes to or the box thing that pops up on the screen when you hold Alt. I have no idea what would fix it.
  3. I'm pretty sure all of the "testing" has been done by Sam himself. If he made more videos, it would take longer to release it.
  4. Moved to General & Miscellaneous Discussion, since this isn't really about the website itself. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  5. What got moved? You can't move something that doesn't exist.
  6. It's the same helicopter model with a different skin (Police Maverick), so I guess they didn't limit it to the police skin at the police station. I've seen civilians steal emergency vehicles as well (ambulance and police car), the original drivers never care and act as if nothing happened.
  7. I believe you are only picking the folder...just click "Choose folder."

  11. Apparently I missed this before, or you edited it in after I read your post. But I just want to say that I'm guessing you've never watched Adam-12. It's a very accurate representation of police work during that time period (late 60s - early 70s).
  12. All that matters is that code 3 in LSPDFR means lights and sirens and code 2 means no lights or sirens. The rest is irrelevant to this topic.
  13. Should be working fine: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/4607-lcpd-first-response/
  14. The game should work fine, it's probably seeing an old error. If it doesn't work, delete any log files in your GTA IV directory and run the game again. Then run the diagnostics again.
  15. Code 2 generally means (and by generally, I mean how it's used in Adam-12 and other police shows) you respond without lights or sirens, following all normal traffic laws. In LSPDFR, that is what it will mean. Code 3 is lights/sirens, but that doesn't mean you have to have the siren on the entire time you're responding. There's no need for a siren on a mile long stretch with no traffic, regardless of how bad the situation you're responding to is. I don't see a need for a "code" to signify "lights, using the siren to clear an intersection." It should be up to the officer to decide when he needs the siren.
  16. LCPDFR requires the 32 bit. It will not run if you only have the 64 bit ones installed. Having both installed shouldn't cause any problems, though.
  17. Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) is for MSVCR100.dll (which you do need), but what you are missing is this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 Make sure to choose x86.
  18. I don't know about you guys, but I can't wait to celebrate the birthday of the Communist Party of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic!
  19. Install this, choose x86: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

  21. Moved to GTA IV Development Tutorials & Questions. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  22. Because you put the effort into your post, I split it out of the topic you originally posted it in. In the future, please create your own topic instead of using someone else's for your own support.
  23. Your thread has been moved to the GTA IV Support Requests forum, as it is not an LCPDFR support request.
  24. So a patch to fix one problem will take longer to get around than the last "update"? Have you read the patch notes for the last update? https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/205705358-GTAV-Title-Update-1-27-Notes-PS4-Xbox-One-PS3-Xbox-360-PC- 4018 words. Edit: Let me specify - 3144 words for FIXES (things generally included in a patch) and 834 words for NEW FEATURES/CONTENT (things included in what you call a "content update"). I also removed headings for this more specific word count, which is why it doesn't add up.
  25. Do the game and mod work? The tool will say there's a log check error even if there's a very minor problem, or an old problem that no longer exists.
