Have you tried verifying the game files through Steam? Right click the game, Properties, Local Files, Verify integrity of game cache.

I believe this is correct. Most controls for LSPDFR use GTA V keybindings.

It should be working in game though, ignore the diagnostic tool if it does. If not try removing AdvancedHookInit.asi since that seems to be the culprit now (only after confirming the mod is not working in game). You will not be able to use the taser unless you manually install it.

With the keyboard, tap shift. It should toggle between jogging and walking. With a controller just don't push the stick all the way up.

This is dependent on the person's name, actually. The person you pulled over was a deputy on FCRP (Fort Carson Roleplay). This one could have been Jessica Smith (one of Sam's characters from FCRP), or Emory Zane (be glad you don't know who this is), or perhaps someone else with the "federal agent" flag.

I'm guessing this is made by someone that just wanted to be able to say that he made the first car model for GTA V. This isn't the "start of vehicle modding" at all, vehicle modding for GTA is a hell of a lot more complicated than importing a random mesh into the game.

As said multiple times before, LSPDFR does not do anything to stop you from playing on a cracked version of the game. It's RagePluginHook that does, and you would need to speak to them about it.

I just love doing radar on the highway with the bike. Pulling out of the median and catching up to a speeder by weaving in and out of highway traffic is amazing on a motorcycle.

I've played GTA Online just fine with RagePluginHook installed (the version that is currently packaged with LSPDFR 0.1e). Make sure you remove dinput8.dll if you have that installed. It's an asi loader, you would have it installed if you have ScriptHook installed. Also, moving to GTA V Support since this isn't related to LSPDFR. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. So have you tried actually playing the mod after applying our solutions? Sometimes the diagnostic tool says there's a problem when there actually isn't (from pulling old log files, etc).

When's the last time you tried playing LCPDFR? The logs' time stamps say June 6th 2015.

The problem isn't AdvancedHook.dll, it's AdvancedHookInit.asi. It fails to load for whatever reason, as you can see in your log here: Since it is an asi file, you can try using xlive instead of dsound like jg45042 said, but if that doesn't work then you'll just have to remove AdvancedHookInit.asi. You won't be able to use the taser in game, unless you manually install it.

We cannot allow users to upload or link to original Rockstar files, however if you use Google you may find what you need.

5 that I actively use - LSPDFR, MoreControlV, PoliceRadio, SpeedRadar, SNT I also have Train Simulation Mod and Trucking Missions installed, but don't use them since I've done all that I can with both. I'm staying away from mods that change the content of the game (be that in-game content like vehicles textures or other files like dispatch.meta), simply because I don't dislike the default stuff enough to warrant the effort.
