Okay so first off im not a noob. I no how to mod i have been modding for a long time. I don't really ask for help but i do when i need it. So here it goes, i have gta V disk version i have followed all steps on the OpenIV site, i have a mod folder, LSPDFR works fine, i have a couple uniform textures ect! oh and car textures. My problem: I cannot get my game to stop updating when i change certain textures. for example if i change sheriff car texture, or highway patrol uniform the game updates ect. i tried install textures with internet disconnected and still wont show up in game please help. 

You need to copy the entire folder it's in to the mods folder. so copy and paste your entire Updates folder to your mods folder so it looks like the attachment shown. for peds and what not you just need to copy the x64 file to the mods folder (like how mine is)

the open up iv, and mod the files that are in the mods folder. that way it won't update and replace the modded files with the vanilla files.

no luck, do you think its because i have whole gta folder in mods folder instead of those 5
