  13. Speeding causes deaths, so we enforce speed limits. Texting and driving causes deaths, so we outlaw texting and driving. Guns become even more of a problem, "more laws won't help." The whole gun control argument is so backwards.

Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated softwareUpdate GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed. Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folderEnsure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.Install these: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 , https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 In some cases, your issue is resolved after following the above steps.   21. You may want to consider re-wording this post. I think I understand what you are trying to say, but the confusing sentence structure is completely changing the meaning. What I think you are saying is that this event is due to the mistakes of other police officers, and because of their mistakes, all police will unfortunately have to suffer. What it seems like you are saying is that all police must suffer because of the mistakes of other officers, as if you are condoning violence against police officers.
  22. I don't know much about modelling for V, but you should be able to.
  23. It's the coronas that would conflict. You solve that by not having the coronas in the places where orange lights are, or just completely hiding all of them, I would guess.
