How do I install the various vehicle packs that people have made?

 

For example, I am trying to install the folliwing: 

 

Unfortunately it appears that the creator just presumes you know how to install it as there are no instructions.  Unfortunately I am new to this and have no idea.

You have to create a mods folder as i think to install modded vehicles :D

take a copy from your edited file and paste it in the mods folder :D

and install it from there :D

Edit : I think for every modded car you can find an instruction notepad where you can find instructions to how install it :D

So Install OpenIV (http://openiv.com/) and get it setup. Then navigate to where it tells you to install those cars in your game files through openIV. (You should make a mods folder when it asks you to). Once you reach there select edit mode (top right) and drag and drop! you may have to install some text files too, but same procedure. Make sure these go in your MODS folder! The program will give you a warning if you aren't using mods folder. If you have any more questions put them here!
