I've tried disabling my antivirus and i don't have any other plugins beside LSPDFR

I have got RPH working but it crashes the game while loading now RPH now works correctly but only if LSPDFR 0.4 is not enabled

I downloaded LSPDFR 0.4, installed it but rage plugin hook won't work. The console doesn't open and the plugin isn't loaded. I have tried removing all other mods, which didn't work, so i reinstalled the game. Then i installed lspdfr and the same thing happened, it's just the vanilla game because RPH doesn't want to work.

I deleted the car pack and the game works perfectly now. Thanks

I downloaded and installed a police car pack, euphoria, sig p226 and an ar-15 into my mods file. I tried starting RPH but it crashes. I renamed the mods file to modssssss and it doesnt crash. So the problem is the Mods folder. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it a problem with the mods i installed etc.?

Hello, i live in Montenegro and due to it being a really small country, not many people even know it exists. I had to put Serbia as my country because i couldn't find Montenegro in the drop down list while editing my profile, so i want to suggest that the staff put Montenegro as an option. Hey, im looking for a mod in which i can call for more cars to join the pursuit or call a helicopter or set up a road block or a lay a stinger on the road.

I deleted gta 4 from the folder in steamapps\common and downloaded it again and it fixed it. The previous installation had a bunch of buggy mods installed!

I have recently installed gta 4 again on my pc just to play it a little bit because i was bored, but there were much problems! First of all scripts and enb series were leftover from the previous install! So i had to delete all those mods. Once i got a clean version of the game i installed LCPDFR 1.1, vdh police helper, vdh coroner, vdh towtruck, bravehearts ANPR and wouters callouts. I started the game and everything was fine for 5 minutes. Then the game would occasionally freeze then show me a black screen and then it switches to my desktop where it says "desktop window manager has stopped working" I close that and i continue playing. Sometimes it would freeze and then it would change my resolution from 1024x768 to 1680x1050 (native resolution) I change it back and continue playing. After some time the coroner stops working. They arrive in the van, but only one person comes out and stays near the door. I order the other person out of the van and then they clean up the bodies from the crime scene. I call them again and the script crashes! Is there any way i could fix this!? I play the game with these settings: Shadows medium, reflections, medium, water medium, textures medium, all draw distances on 1 and 2x anostropic filtering. PC specs (poop specs) Intel core 2 quad q8200 quad core 2.33 overclocked to 2.45, Geforce 9500 gt 1024mb and 5gb of ddr2 ram. I get around 30- 50 fps
