  5. Yeah that would most likely be overscan if it's a TV. Not sure why it would suddenly be an issue after the update, though. Have you checked your TV's display settings to turn overscan off? I have an old TV that doesn't have it in the settings, and I need to go into the Nvidia control panel and adjust the desktop size for it. It basically brings up the "safe zone" type thing that games do on the first start, and you can adjust the borders. Only problem is it gets reset with every driver update.

  20. Just not launching RPH and running GTA V will load the vanilla game. I've been playing Online that way forever and haven't had any issues. If you have dinput8.dll then you should remove that as well. If you do install other mods (like cars/weapons/etc.), install them to the mods folder OpenIV offers and just removing dinput8.dll will make the game load the original files.

  23. Considering you are already on a i7 4770, I'd say the GPU would be a more beneficial upgrade.
