There's a crash in CharacterSwitchManager related to an invalid vehicle...could be a weird GTA V thing, an issue with other mods (do you have any other installed?), or a bug in a lesser used feature of LSPDFR (I'd have to defer to @LMS on that).

In base LSPDFR, you can hold down E to stop nearby peds. When you approach them, you can then press E to bring up the interaction menu. You can also frisk a ped by holding Q, which generally results in you finding their ID.

Ultimate Backup isn't the issue. Chill Callouts is looking for Traffic Policer. OP either needs to install Traffic Policer or remove Chill Callouts. Or another possible workaround is to disable Chill Callouts' ambient events in the ini file.

In this case, it seems the ped you arrested became invalid unexpectedly. Considering the last line in the log before the crash is from Stop The Ped, it may be caused by that plugin, but I can't be entirely sure. The only solution I have for you is to reload LSPDFR and try to continue playing. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.

It's likely because she is trying to create an account from the same IP as your account, so our anti-multi-account-protection-system (is that enough dashes?) is not letting her create one. Try creating the account from another network, like a mobile hotspot or phone with wifi turned off.

I know sometimes extras don't show until you repair the car. After spawning in with the extras enabled try typing repair in the console or using a trainer.

That's odd, do you have any other mods installed?

You should just be able to click yes on that pop up saying the files may be blocked and continue, there's no need to reinstall anything if you see that (that will just trigger the pop up again). The log you posted doesn't show any LSPDFR crash. Or at least you got it working after it crashed, I do see some exceptions earlier in the log related to other plugins.

It should be an extra. You can add it from the garage menu by enabling the appropriate extra.

You can have multiple saves. Otherwise you need to advance the story further before playing LSPDFR.

You're never actually creating a menu. You create a variable called menu but your function CreateMenu is never called. This probably isn't the only issue, just the one most obvious to me while looking at your code from a phone.
