  1. Open lspdfr.ini in the Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr folder and try setting Main.PreloadAllModels to false.
  2. Reinstall Stop The Ped, you're missing core files.
  3. For compatibility you should check the mod's description and readme. For scripts and plugins, on this site we primarily have either RPH plugins or LSPDFR plugins/callouts. You can tell what kind of plugin it is from the download page next to "Script/Plugin Type". LSPDFR Plugin or Callout means it requires LSPDFR and gets installed into "Grand Theft Auto V/plugins/LSPDFR". These are loaded automatically by LSPDFR. Standalone plugin means you generally do not need LSPDFR to use it. These can come in different flavors. On this site, most standalone plugins are RPH plugins. These are installed into "Grand Theft Auto V/plugins" and need to be loaded by RPH. There are also ScriptHookV or ScriptHookVDotNet scripts that get installed either in the main Grand Theft Auto V directory or in the Scripts folder. You can tell which loader the script/plugin requires from the "Requires" field on the download page. As always, be sure to read the description and readme to know what is required for each mod and how to install it. For content mods (vehicles, peds, visual, etc) it generally does not matter what plugins or scripts you have installed. These add or replace models or data files in the game. There may be some editing that needs to be done for plugins to recognize added content (such as editing the LSPDFR data files to recognize a new police car you added to the game) but the core functionality should not be affected. Installation of these varies from mod to mod so be sure to read the description and readme. You should never edit the base game files, the game does not like that, instead you need to use the OpenIV mods folder (see https://gta5mod.net/tutorials/how-to-use-openiv-mods-folder-and-keep-your-original-gta-v-files-safe/) or LML (see https://www.lcpdfr.com/lml/index/). The gameconfig.xml I linked can be installed in two ways - either automatically through LML or manually in the mods folder. Instructions for either way are included in the description.
  4. Because the default Game Config file is specifically tailored to support GTA V without any mods. Once you start adding things to the game, the engine can't handle them and the game will just crash. Therefore, you need a modified Game Config file in order to play with mods.
  5. You pick an agency when you go on duty, you can choose any of your agencies from any police station.
  6. One of your .asi mods is likely causing it then.
  7. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  8. That should be <GamePath>update:/common/data/visualsettings.dat</GamePath> Paths are the internal paths, not necessarily the file directory path.
  9. Try launching GTA V by itself. Then, after the game fully loads, launch RPH.
  10. Install More Radio Chatter correctly. You are missing a core file, NAudio.dll.
  11. I think that's intentional to create a more realistic AI that doesn't try to PIT a semi truck. That wouldn't really work IRL. Not allowing it on a van might be a bit too extreme though.
  12. That log doesn't ever show you going on duty. The latest log file is in your main GTA directory called RagePluginHook.log, not the logs folder.
  13. If you only get attacked in the city, you need to advance the story further or install a 100% save. If you get attacked everywhere, you need to disable keybinds in your trainer.
  14. Did you keep ScriptHookV.dll? That's different from ScriptHookVDotNet and is required for those. I'm not sure specifically what your trainers depend on, but ELS only needs ScriptHookV.
  15. Will replied to Stearz's topic in Legacy
I'm not too familiar with which plugins are outdated, sorry.
  16. Will replied to Stearz's topic in Legacy
Sounds like a different issue but you'd have to disable LSPDFR from loading on startup in the RPH settings, then manually load it in game from the F4 console with loadplugin "LSPD First Response" Then you can open the menu and change the setting.
  17. LSPDFR itself and basically anything from this list https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/?downloads_field_20=Standalone plugin&advanced_search_submitted=1
  18. Did you...delete LSPDFR? You were only meant to delete Traffic Policer. LSPD First Response.dll & .pdb belong in plugins.
  19. Meaning what exactly?
  20. Try removing all versions of ScriptHookVDotNet.
  21. I think you already had Traffic Policer in the LSPDFR folder, so you can just delete it from plugins.
  22. It is not related to RPH, however you should delete Traffic Policer from your plugins folder. It doesn't belong there. Yes, try renaming scripts.
  23. Okay, there are quite a few asi mods in there, a mods folder, a scripts folder...quite a few things that could cause it to crash. I'll trust you already tried renaming mods to _mods since you said so, the mods folder is generally the most likely cause, but if it still crashes we'll have to narrow it down further. Lets start with: Rename dinput8.dll to _dinput8.dll. This will stop pretty much everything from loading. Launch the game normally (without RPH). If the game still crashes, verify your game files. Your game installation itself is likely corrupted. If you are able to launch the game, try launching it with RPH. If it loads, we've removed anything with RPH as a cause and we can move on. Stop here if it crashes and post your log file again. If it launches with RPH, rename _dinput8.dll back to dinput8.dll. Then, rename scripts to _scripts. If it launches, there's an issue with one of the scripts you have installed. You'll have to figure out which one by removing them one by one until the game works again. It could also be because ScriptHookVDotNet is known to cause issues. Try removing that. I think there's a fix coming or a workaround out there but I'm not entirely sure. If it still crashes, you probably have an .asi mod that's causing it. The best thing to do here is remove your .asi mods one by one until it works. For reference, here are a few screenshots of an unmodded GTA V folder. My instructions above are what I would do if I was having issues, so as to avoid reinstalling everything, but ultimately a clean install is sometimes the best way to go. To get that without reinstalling the whole game, just remove everything in your directory that isn't in the appropriate screenshot below. Then install your mods one by one, making sure the game launches after each one.
  24. For starters, you are trying to load LSPDFR plugins from the plugins directory. LSPDFR plugins should be installed to plugins/LSPDFR and are loaded automatically by LSPDFR. Please screenshot your GTA V directory.
