So I have Natural Vision Evolved and I use it's extra vegetations. I have managed to narrow it down to lspdfr. I have no problem with the vegetations when I have no loaded plugins. But when I load my plugins in, the vegetations start to disappear. What can I do. BTW I only Los Santos Police Department First Response.

My guess is your video-ram is limited.
Graphics needs resources thats how it is. add-ons for extended graphics need to take resources and when you then load LSPDfr the resources is reclaimed by LSPDfr, because it runs on high priority. You could at least in theory start to mess with that and change priorities for running apps, but that is not recommended! It would also lead to gameplay-lag, and crashes.
The only thing you should do is to make sure no resource is being used by trayed apps like internet-apps for communication Discord and similar, shut down absolutely everything that is not part of your LSPDfr game -That includes the game-launcher, because it will do background checkups and run updates -You do not want that!

RTX3090

32GB DDR5 mem

AMD RYZEN 7900x

These specs are already crazy high. 

I am not running on the cheap dollar store prebuilt pc that can get you 2 fps on very low settings. So I don't really understand the resources part when I believe that my pc has more than enough resources to run gtav and have 5 diffrent launchers doing backround checkups or do updates. Not trying to be a a**hole, I just don't understand the resources part.

Open lspdfr.ini in the Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr folder and try setting Main.PreloadAllModels to false.

I did not knew your specs at all when i answered 😛 -Yes you should be fine and more with any visual-upgrade, so with that in mind, i do not know what your issue could be

Yeah still have no idea, just gotta live with it.
