The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

nope happend again, i uninstalled the game and installed it over night again. put lspdfr on and it runs very well. I installed top mods Survivor R, ELS and German siren sounds and its still worked. than i installed:

- AdvancedHookVDotNet3
- ScriptHookV
- PLD/PlayerLocationDisplay
- RageNativeUI
- Albo1125.Common.dll
- ShieldMod (TopMods SEK Shield)
- RiskierTrafficStops

and now I have the same issuse even with modsfolder renamed to _mods .

pls help me xd
