  1. IV:MP is very buggy as is. Although, I am not sure why your ELS is not working. It worked fine for me back when I used to play IV:MP. Also, Make sure that you have ELS enabled cars in game.

There is definitely stuff I'd do like close out background programs and make sure I have as much speed as I can. Also, chose your SNT settings before you start the video :)
  3. You need games for windows live and that's about it.. The mod will work in multiplayer by itself.

  5. Browsing YouTube, I came acrossed videos by NBVideoGameVids, 604Skills, and this guy named brasil814.
  6. If this were the case then it would have been on the front page of LCPDFR.com a long time ago and James would have known about it :P
  7. Welcome to the LCPDFR community, Generis. I hope you find your stay here meaningful. :)
  8. I patrol in Alderney's LeftwoodWestdyke. Mainly because its a nice settle area and gives off the idea of a town rather than a city, I missed the towns in San Andreas. As far a vehicles, I need to get things like that setup. Never really took the time for that.
  9. Not sure about ELS. But I recommend downloading and placing Simple Native Trainer in to your game. It does quite a bit (all including of what you have listed) easier than using the grave accent. Once you learn how to use it it is very easy and when you're bored, it can be fun.
  10. For being in the middle of a chase, I recommend downloading and placing Simple Native Trainer in to your game. Especially if you cannot type as fast or stumble on remembering a vehicle name. Once you learn how to use it it is very easy and when you're bored, it can be fun.
  11. Did this just happen when you downloaded IV Dash Cam? Are you running LaunchGTAIV.exe in your main directory as an administrator? Also, are you running version 1.0.7.0 of GTA:IV?
  12. Thought I would post these videos of my findings. A few of our favorite maps from San Andreas (like San Andreas itself) and Gostown are coming to GTA:IV. GOSTOWN SAN ANDREAS On the side.. Congrats to my buddy Taltigolt for receiving his youtube partnership :)
  13. There are some undercover cars here on this site that you could easily count as secret service.
  14. I usually look at youtube videos Graphics Processor : According to these you should get around 50-60 FPS
  15. Okay.. :P Can you give us some specs or something?
  16. Its called Emergency Lighting System. _________________________ @OP : Regarding the use of PPM. I have no idea why you would post PPM in a LCPDFR Media section.
  17. Quality is nice. But that much lag would annoy me, jmo. Also, 2 minutes of credits is a lot :p
  18. TAKE THAT BACK! I would never go against TAPA...
  19. Its called Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead
  20. +1 I still demand a time reverse so I could have been here..
  21. Could you browse through your history and find the image for us? It would be easier to detect a car with these qualities.
