  1. "Help Request" I don't know why you did not put this in the support forum. Moved.
  2. I bought a better PC and GTA:IV for the PC for this mod. I had the Xbox version before that I played with my clan.
  3. Changing the laptop in the squad car? Or the MDC in LCPDFR?

PM the author of the video as he's still active on YouTube.

  8. Are you running LaunchGTAIV.exe as admin? Or GTAIV.exe?
  9. I prefer the long strip of road up in Westdyke I believe it is. Anywhere between the abandon casino to the Westdyke Police Station. I love that little town.
  10. Look at all the 4Chan.. Anyways, this is great news. It will probably boost tourism to my site too since there has been no GTA:V news to post.
  11. Very nice video. I gave you a like! Are you using a controller or something? Because you're driving like a pro.
  12. Video is alright, good job. 5:07 made me laugh pretty hard.
  13. I'm not sure this is a question to ask if you want legit answers, lol. A lot of people pose to be officers of law enforcement.
  14. It would be a lot of unnecessary work, but it does not sound like a bad idea. I know a while ago, was talking about enhancing LCPDFR's multiplier experience, but I don't know how that's going. Maybe in the near future we will be able to see something like this.
  15. I only have a 1GB graphics card, and 8GB of RAM. You'll be just fine with those specs.
  16. I'm not too sure about CS6 because I use CS5 (CS6 sucks, sorry). Usually I will just flip the decal and stuff, and I will just duplicate and move the text and images that have text on them (because they will get flipped wrong.)
  17. This looks more like it will turn out to be a tour bus with no windows, rather than a command center. And if you don't quite know how to put lights on it yet, I'm sorry, but you have a lot to learn. A lot of stuff goes on a command center.
  18. Are you running LaunchGTAIV.exe in your main directory as admin? Do you have any other mods installed?

  20. I want complete proof of this statement. Until then, I have nothing but the following to say : Fail.

  22. It's only been just over four years since the release of GTA:IV. But then again, L.A. Noire is still going strong in being unmoddable.
  23. Yeah. There are plenty of them. Just search up NYPD or LCPD in the vehicle models section. Or are you looking for the actual unlocked part?
  24. Looking good. I'm kind of scared to try and run this.
