I usually download the paid fonts off of a warez or torrent site. Shh, don't tell anyone.. I find fonts by using WhatTheFont. Seems to be the only way. Search it up on Google.

I only have modded cars and SNT as additional modifications and I don't crash. Things just start to stop working within the mod, then I restart the mod and then my view distance goes down to like 4 inches.. Then I just rage quit.

It's not the matter of fact of when you bought your computer, but what the specs were. For instance, I've invested $2500 into my computer. This would be because your PC does not meet required\recommended specs to run GTA. Try closing some programs or lowering your settings in the GTA options menu.

Or you can just call for backup once you get on scene. I know that you can join pursuits right now though. Maybe in the future.

You should be fine. The graphics and processor is exactly what I have. You may have tiny lag running FRAPS though.
